How to automate a weekly lead pipeline

A pipeline that only fills when you remember to prospect is not a pipeline, it is a chore. This recipe chains a recurring, deduped Companies House search into a Leadistry Flow, so fresh verified leads are found, emailed, chased and pushed to your CRM every week without you opening the app.

The recipe, step by step

  1. 1

Build and save the recurring search

Start with one search that defines your ideal prospect: SIC codes, region, incorporation window, any flags. Check the live preview, then save it as a weekly recurring run. Per-user dedup means every run from now on returns only companies you have never seen, which is what makes the pipeline self-refilling.

  2. 2

Open the Flow canvas and set the trigger

In Flows (Growth plan and above), create a new flow and choose your recurring search as the trigger. Every time the search runs, its fresh matches enter the canvas automatically. From here every step you add happens without you touching it: the Monday-morning list-building session becomes a node.

  3. 3

    Chain enrich, verify and dedupe

Add the enrichment node so each company arrives with its verified website, business email, director name and socials, then the email-verification and dedupe nodes. Anything that fails verification auto-refunds, and dedupe guarantees a company never enters your sequence twice, however many searches feed the flow.

  4. 4

Send, wait and branch on the reply

Connect a send-template node using your own Microsoft 365 or Google mailbox, then a wait step and a reply branch: interested replies go one way, silence flows into a follow-up template a few days later. Warm-up ramps sending from 5 a day and messages go out in UK business hours.

  5. 5

    Finish with a CRM webhook

End the flow with a webhook or Zapier node that pushes interested replies straight into your CRM as deals, complete with the company record and director contact. From then on the whole pipeline runs itself weekly: your only manual job is answering the replies that land in the inbox.

Why this works

Most lead generation dies of inconsistency: a burst of prospecting when the pipeline is empty, then nothing for six weeks while you deliver the work. Chaining a deduped recurring search into a Flow removes the human bottleneck, so a steady trickle of new, verified, never-contacted companies enters the sequence every week regardless of how busy you are. Consistent small volumes also keep sender reputation healthier than sporadic blasts.

Frequently asked questions

What plan do I need for Flows?

Flows and built-in outreach are included from the Growth plan at £25 a month, which also carries 200 leads. Recurring searches, Signals, CSV export and CRM webhooks are on every plan including Starter, so you can automate list-building first and add the sending automation when you upgrade.

Will the pipeline run out of companies?

It depends on how tight your filters are, but the register is deep: 5M+ UK companies tracked and roughly 50,000 new limited companies incorporating every month. If a narrow territory search starts thinning out, widen the postcode area or add a neighbouring SIC code; dedup ensures the extra reach only ever surfaces companies you have not seen.

Can the flow talk to tools outside Leadistry?

Yes. Webhook and Zapier nodes support round-trips, so the flow can push a company out to your CRM, wait for your qualification step, and act on what comes back. Replies can also land in Slack, and every plan can export CSV at any point if you prefer to work the list elsewhere.
