How does Leadistry pricing work?

You buy a monthly lead allowance. One lead means one delivered company record with the fields you requested (Companies House data is always included; a verified website and a named-personal email from that website are included when found). Failed lookups and dissolved companies never count. Starter starts at £10/month for 50 leads.

Can I get a refund if a search fails?

Automatically. We charge per delivered lead, not per search. If a search fails partway, the unused lead allowance is returned to your balance the same minute the job marks failed, no support ticket needed.

Is Leadistry GDPR and PECR compliant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We process under Legitimate Interest (we follow the ICO three-part LIA test, internally documented), honour data-removal requests at the SQL level within 24 hours, and keep both a director-suppression list and a company-suppression list. A public removal form at /remove-company lets anyone remove their company without signing up.

What data can I get for each UK company?

Up to 6 enrichment data points per lead, website, named-personal email, Facebook, Instagram, company LinkedIn, director or co-founder LinkedIn, on top of Companies House basics (company name, number, SIC, address, incorporation date, officers).

Where does the data come from?

Accepted Answer

Companies House for the registry data. Contact enrichment is discovered by our in-house pipeline from publicly published sources, company websites, public LinkedIn profiles. We never buy datasets.

Can I contact the leads inside Leadistry?

Yes. From the Growth plan (£25/month) Leadistry includes a built-in cold-email outreach engine: connect your own Microsoft 365 or Google mailbox and run multi-step sequences with A/B email variants, automatic mailbox warm-up, UK business-hours sending windows, a reply inbox and open, click and bounce tracking. Every plan can also push new leads and replies to your CRM over webhook, Zapier or Slack. There are no phone numbers, UK PECR forbids unsolicited marketing calls, so outreach is email only.

What are Signals?

Signals are saved watches that alert you when UK companies hit a buying moment: newly incorporated, annual accounts due soon, or a confirmation statement due soon. Filter by SIC code, city and a no-website flag, and a daily matcher posts new matches to an arrivals board. One click adds a company to an outreach campaign. Signals are included on every plan.

How does the monthly lead allowance work?

Leadistry is a rolling monthly subscription. Each plan refills your lead allowance at the start of every billing cycle. Unused leads roll over to the next cycle while your subscription is active. Top-up packs remain usable until the end of your current cycle.
